# Changelog

> Product updates in ClearPolicy — new features and improvements for your organization.

Product updates that matter for how your team manages documents, people, and sign-offs. For day-to-day how-tos, use the [guides](/guides/dashboard).

<Update label="August 2026" description="Signing portal" tags={["People", "Requests"]}>
  ## Signing portal

  People can open the **signing portal** with a one-time email code—no team member account—to see pending and signed document requests for that address, including across more than one organization.

  * Enter email at [app.clearpolicy.app/signer](https://app.clearpolicy.app/signer), or choose **Here to sign a document?** on the team log in and register pages
  * **Sign** opens the same attestation experience as the personal email link
  * **View document** reopens completed requests, including after the original deadline has passed
  * Personal request links still work without a code

<Update label="July 2026" description="Paper, reminders, and imports" tags={["Requests", "Documents", "Platform"]}>
  ## Paper on file

  When someone cannot finish online, a team member can upload the signed paper copy on the request so status and evidence stay in ClearPolicy.

  ## Smart Follow-up

  Automatic reminders adapt based on whether the person opened the request and whether a deadline is approaching—so follow-ups go out when they are more likely to help.

  ## OneDrive import

  Import Word documents and PDFs from Microsoft OneDrive when you create a document or replace a draft—personal and work accounts.

  ## Quick search

  Press **⌘K** (or **Ctrl+K**) to find people, documents, and groups, jump to a page, or start a new document without leaving where you are.
