# Get help from support

> Open the in-app support chat to get help with ClearPolicy, and learn what details to include so support can resolve your issue quickly.

ClearPolicy includes support chat inside the app. You can ask for help without leaving the page you are working on.

## Open support chat

Click **Support** in the sidebar. The support panel opens in ClearPolicy, and you can keep working while the chat is open.

## What to include

To help support understand the issue, include:

* What you were trying to do.
* The page you were on.
* Any error message you saw.
* The name of the document, person, or group involved, if relevant.

  If your question is about billing or trial access, mention that in your first message. That helps support route your question to the right place.
