# Manage billing and subscriptions

> Review your ClearPolicy plan, subscribe after a free trial, update payment details, and manage your active subscription from organization settings.

Billing settings show your organization's current plan. You can see whether you are on a free trial, have an active subscription, or need to subscribe.

## Open billing settings

    Choose **Billing** from the organization settings list.

  Group Managers do not see billing settings. Ask an organization owner or administrator if you need help with billing.

## Subscribe after a trial

If your organization is on a free trial, the billing page shows when the trial ends. Subscribe before that date to keep using ClearPolicy without interruption.

    Go to **Settings** > **Billing**.

  <Step title="Choose the ClearPolicy plan">
    Click **Subscribe for \$29/month**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    Follow the checkout steps. After checkout, return to ClearPolicy.
  </Step>

## Manage an active subscription

If your organization already has an active subscription, click **Manage** from the billing page. From there, you can update payment details or make changes to the subscription.

  If your trial ends or your subscription is not active, some ClearPolicy features pause until billing is updated. This can also affect tools connected through the ClearPolicy API.

## I think I subscribed twice

If you see more than one charge for ClearPolicy, you may have completed checkout more than once.

    Go to **Settings** > **Billing**.

  <Step title="Check your subscription">
    If your organization shows an active subscription, click **Manage** to review your plan and payment details in the billing portal.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contact support">
    If you still see duplicate charges, contact support from **Settings** or reply to any ClearPolicy email. We can cancel the extra subscription and refund the duplicate charge.
