# Add your organization logo

> Upload a logo so people see your organization on signature request emails and the signing page.

You can add a logo so people recognize your organization when they get a signature request and when they sign.

The ClearPolicy name stays on the email and signing page. Your logo shows who is asking for the signature.

## Add a logo

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open organization settings">
    Click **Settings** in the sidebar, then under **Organization** select **Profile**.

  <Step title="Upload a file">
    In the **Logo** section, click **Upload** and choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file (max 2 MB).

  <Step title="Choose how it appears">
    Select **Show as icon** to keep your organization name next to a small mark, or **Show full width** to use the logo in place of the name on the signing page. The preview updates as you switch. Click **Save**.

A horizontal logo usually works best as **Show full width**. Taller marks usually look better as **Show as icon**.
