# Reset trial data

> During a free trial, an owner can permanently delete people, documents, groups, document requests, and signature records and keep the organization.

During a free trial, an organization **owner** can permanently delete people, documents, groups, document requests, and signature records created during the trial. The organization, team members, settings, branding, integrations, and billing stay.

Use this if you evaluated ClearPolicy with test data and want a clean start before you subscribe. This does not change when your trial ends.

<Warning>
  This permanently deletes signature and acknowledgment records — including certificates and paper signature files. It is a delete, not an archive, and cannot be undone. After you successfully subscribe, this action is no longer available.
</Warning>

## After you subscribe

Signature and acknowledgment records are kept. If you later remove an organization that has completed requests, ClearPolicy [deactivates it and keeps those records](/guides/data-storage#leaving-clearpolicy). Permanent deletion of a subscribed organization is a request to [support](/guides/get-support).
