Your account settings control your own ClearPolicy profile and sign-in security. These settings are separate from organization settings, which affect your whole team.

Update your profile

Open profile settings

Click Settings, then select Profile.

Update your details

Change your name, email address, profile image, or preferred language.

Save changes

Click Save. If you change your language, ClearPolicy refreshes so the new language appears right away.
If you change your email address, ClearPolicy may ask you to verify the new address before it is fully active.

Change your password

Open password settings

Click Settings, then select Password.

Enter your current password

Type your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Save the new password

Click Save password.

Enable two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication helps protect your account by asking for a code from an authenticator app when you sign in.

Open two-factor settings

Click Settings, then select Two-factor authentication.

Start setup

Click Enable.

Scan the setup code

Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code, or enter the setup key manually.

Save recovery codes

Store your recovery codes somewhere safe. You can use them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Keep your recovery codes somewhere you can access later. If you lose your authenticator app and your recovery codes, contact support for help getting back into your account.
