The Activity page gives you one place to review recent updates across your organization. Use it when you need to answer questions like who received a request, whether someone opened a document, or whether an email could not be delivered.
Use Requests when you need to act on unfinished requests. Use Activity when you need the broader timeline of what happened across the organization.
Open activity
Click Activity in the sidebar. If there are unread activity items, the sidebar shows a badge count.
Activity is grouped by date. Each item includes the time, a short summary, and links to the related person or document when available.
Filter the timeline
Use filters when you need to narrow the list.

| Date range | Show activity from the last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom date range. |
| Person | Show activity related to one person. |
| Type | Show only certain kinds of updates, such as document requests, email delivery, document assignments, or people being added or updated. |
Updates you can review
The activity feed includes updates such as:
- Requests that were sent, viewed, completed, canceled, or expired.
- Paper signatures recorded (Paper Signature Recorded) when a team member records paper on file.
- Reminders that were sent.
- Documents that were assigned or removed.
- Emails that were delivered, bounced, failed to send, or were marked as spam.
- People who were added or updated.
Use Activity for a broad timeline across your organization. Use a specific request’s activity log when you need the full history for one acknowledgment or signature request.
