ClearPolicy includes three compliance reports that give you a high-level view of attestation status across your organization. Use them to audit completion, prepare for reviews, or share compliance summaries with leadership.
  • Document compliance report — shows the attestation status of every person assigned to a specific document, or across all documents at once.
  • Group compliance report — shows the attestation status of every person in a group, broken down by each document assigned to that group.
  • Person compliance report — shows a single contact’s compliance score, document statuses, and full request history in a print-ready format.
Document and group compliance reports are available from the Reports section in the sidebar. The person compliance report is available from any contact’s detail page.

Document compliance report

The document compliance report lets you see who has attested to a document and who still needs to act.
1

Open the reports section

Click Reports in the sidebar, then select Document Compliance.
2

Choose a document

Use the dropdown at the top of the page to select a specific document, or choose All Documents to see compliance across every document in your organization.
3

Filter by status

Use the status toggle to narrow results to a specific compliance state — Compliant, Pending, or Needs Attention.
4

Search for a person

Type a name or email address in the search field to find a specific person in the results.
The report displays each person’s name, email, current compliance status, when they last attested, and when their renewal is due.

Group compliance report

The group compliance report gives you a cross-referenced view of every person in a group against every published document assigned to that group.
1

Open the reports section

Click Reports in the sidebar, then select Group Compliance.
2

Select a group

Use the dropdown to choose the group you want to report on.
3

Filter by status

Use the status toggle to show only people with a specific overall status — for example, only those who are Compliant or only those who Need Attention.
The report shows each person’s overall compliance status and their individual status for each published document in the group. This makes it easy to spot exactly which documents a person still needs to complete.

Person compliance report

The person compliance report gives you a detailed view of a single contact’s compliance status. It is designed for printing or saving as a PDF so you can share it during reviews or file it for your records.
1

Open the contact's detail page

Go to People in the sidebar and click on the person you want to report on.
2

Print the report

Click the Print Report button in the top-right corner of the page. A print-optimized report opens automatically.
The report includes:
  • Compliance score — the percentage of assigned documents this person has completed, along with the number of compliant versus total documents.
  • Average response time — how many days, on average, this person takes to complete a request after it is sent.
  • Document statuses — a table listing every document assigned to this person, its current status, and the date it was last completed.
  • Request history — a full record of every request sent to this person, including the document name, request status, date sent, date completed, and when a reminder was last sent.
The printed version includes your organization name and the name of the person who generated it. All three reports include a Print button. Clicking it opens a print-optimized view that you can send to your printer or save as a PDF. The printed version includes your organization name, the date the report was generated, and all matching results without pagination.

Export to CSV

The document and group compliance reports include an Export CSV button. The export downloads a CSV file containing all rows that match your current filters. Use this to share compliance data with others, import it into a spreadsheet, or archive it for your records. For the document compliance report, the CSV includes the person’s name, email, status, last attested date, and renewal due date. When viewing all documents, a document name column is included as well. For the group compliance report, the CSV includes the person’s name, email, overall status, and a column for each published document showing that person’s status.
Apply filters before exporting. The CSV only includes rows that match your current document or group selection and status filter, so you can create targeted exports for specific audiences.
Reports require permission to view documents or groups. If you don’t see the Reports section in the sidebar, check with your organization administrator.
