ClearPolicy’s Planning Center integration lets you bring your Planning Center contacts into ClearPolicy as people, so you can send them policies and agreements for signature or acknowledgment without manually re-entering their information. When you import from Planning Center, each contact’s name and email address are pulled in and tracked with Planning Center as the source.
What gets imported
When you run an import from Planning Center, ClearPolicy pulls in each person’s:
Imported contacts appear in your People list and are tagged with Planning Center as their source, so you can always see where they came from.
Import is one-directional. ClearPolicy imports from Planning Center — changes you make in ClearPolicy (such as archiving a person) are not synced back to Planning Center.
How to connect and import
Go to Integrations
In ClearPolicy, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Planning Center.
Authorize Planning Center
Click Connect and sign in to your Planning Center account when prompted. ClearPolicy will request read access to your contacts.
Run the import
Once connected, initiate the import. ClearPolicy will fetch your contacts from Planning Center and add them to your People list.
Send documents
With your contacts now in ClearPolicy, you can send them any published document for signature or acknowledgment.
After importing, use the Source filter in your People list to view all contacts that came from Planning Center.
If a person’s email address already exists in ClearPolicy, they won’t be duplicated during import.
