During a free trial, an organization owner can permanently delete people, documents, groups, document requests, and signature records created during the trial. The organization, team members, settings, branding, integrations, and billing stay.
Use this if you evaluated ClearPolicy with test data and want a clean start before you subscribe. This does not change when your trial ends.
This permanently deletes signature and acknowledgment records — including certificates and paper signature files. It is a delete, not an archive, and cannot be undone. After you successfully subscribe, this action is no longer available.
Reset trial data
Open organization settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, then under Organization select Profile.
Open reset trial data
In the Danger zone, click Reset trial data.
Confirm
Type the organization name, then click Permanently delete trial data.
Only owners see this action, and only while the organization has never successfully subscribed. After a wipe, the action is hidden until you add people, documents, groups, or requests again during the trial. Your trial still ends on the same date.

After you subscribe
Signature and acknowledgment records are kept. If you later remove an organization that has completed requests, ClearPolicy deactivates it and keeps those records. Permanent deletion of a subscribed organization is a request to support.
